Pardon-me Pete, the official groundhog of Groundhog Day, tells the story of Jack Frost, who falls in love with a beautiful young woman and begs Father Winter to make him human so that she can see him. His request is granted, but only on the condition that by the Spring he has a house, a bag of gold, a horse and a wife. But Jack finds that life as a human is more complicated than he thought.

This follows the story of illustrator Okusawa Ritsu and salesman Ikegami Fumiya. They met at an old coffee shop and eventually fell in love and lived happily together. However, a misunderstanding gradually arises between Ritsu, who lives freely, and Fumiya, who is swayed by it. After a fight one winter day, Ritsu leaves the house and is involved in an accident, and loses consciousness. Upon awakening, Ritsu had lost only the memory of Fumiya. Wanting to start their relationship over from scratch, Fumiya hides the fact that he was dating Ritsu and resumes their joint life. However, Ritsu asks him to take him to a familiar place in order to regain his memory. Fumiya is reluctant, but the two of them start a "journey" to follow the trajectory of their relationship. The coffee shop where they met for the first time, the riverside road they always strolled, the places they both traveled to before dating... Sweet memories and bittersweet memories, the time they spend together haunts Fumiya's mind. Ritsu, on the other hand, finds himself gradually becoming attracted to Fumiya while losing his memory.

An enchanted forest is created when some trees decide to "move up" to a big hill, where they can enjoy the sunshine and a new life. Many creatures move into the new forest and it soon becomes a paradise. Down below, live horrible goblins in a dark, gloomy forest. One night, a young boy comes through the dark, murky forest, running after the pursuing goblins. In the snowy cold of winter, the boy makes his way into the enchanted forest. When he wakes up, he meets the inhabitants and he is called Jack Frost, due to his strange power to make things cold with one touch of his finger...

Frost is arrested and committed for murder after he is apprehended burying his victims in the garden. However, even while under psychiatric care and tight hospital security, it becomes obvious that Mr. Frost is not all he seems to be.

The end of nineteenth century. Maidservant Madara is in love with farmhand Andrs, yet she marries a rich and old household owner. As time passes, her heart hardens and things get complicated when Andrs returns to the neighborhood and Madara's husband dies leaving her widowed with a son.

Hayes meets the strange teenager David Prentice (David Franklin), who keeps a violent crime scrapbook, and Val Meadows (Diane McLean), the mistress who believes that someone is trying to kill her. The more the investigation deepens, the more twisted and complex it becomes. It appears the only people who hate Val enough to want her dead, are her own family. Could it be her two sons, alienated by her dominant nature, her lover, or even her best friend?
